Retrieving Your Greyhound Ticket
- You will receive a confirmation email from your recruiter that includes all needed information, including your confirmation number and the link to receive Greyhound’s digital ticket.
- After clicking on the Greyhound link – fill in your confirmation number, last name, and zip code to receive your digital ticket.
- We strongly recommend printing out your ticket before arriving at your departing Greyhound location to avoid any technical difficulties.
- If you have any issues retrieving your ticket, please contact your recruiter.
Arrive at Greyhound at least 1 Hour Prior to Departure
- Your bus ticket confirmation guarantees you a seat on the bus only for the time listed on this document.
- If you haven’t checked in and other passengers are waiting, Greyhound reserves the right to put the other passenger on the bus instead of the ticketed person.
Baggage Info
- Pack your documents (birth certificate, social security card, passport, etc.) in your carry-on bag with you on the bus. Do not pack them in your checked baggage as it can be misplaced or lost.
- Obtain a claim check and identification tag from the ticket counter and place on all checked bags.
- Passengers traveling with Greyhound are responsible for transferring their own bags.
- You are responsible for picking up your bags next to the bus at each transfer location and taking them to your connecting bus.
- Passengers may purchase declared value insurance for items checked as overweight, over-sized, or excess baggage up to a maximum of $300 per transaction. Please refer to the Greyhound station regarding this option.

Campus Inn Info
When you arrive at the Greyhound station in Springfield, MO, you can wait for the Prime Inc. shuttle to arrive for transportation to the Campus Inn. The shuttle starts at 6 a.m. and runs until 12 a.m.
If you arrive after 12 am, you will need to take a taxi/Lyft/Uber to the Campus Inn and check in at the front desk.
