I came to Prime through the PSD program. After eight months of experience, I left to go local, but I didn’t find any good-paying jobs. So I came back to Prime because the lease program is pretty good. It gives you the option to walk away, and you make good money doing something.

HOW THIS WORKS
MEET WITH THE LEASING OFFICE
Once you decide to be an independent contractor, meet with the Leasing Office to put your name on a list for a truck or to browse through the available truck inventory.
TEST DRIVE A TRUCK
Speak to the Leasing Office about a truck you’re interested in. The Leasing Office will give you the maintenance records for the truck, and you can test drive it around the yard.
SUBMIT INSPECTION PAPERWORK
Once you decide to purchase a truck, you must fill out the inspection paperwork and submit it to Bay 47. Bay 47 will work on any issues that need to be addressed with the truck.
SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
Prime will draw up your contract once you decide you want the truck in a business entity or in your name. You will then review and sign the contract to legally take ownership of the truck.
