Best Fleets to Drive For® is an annual survey and contest designed to evaluate for-hire trucking companies, such as Prime Trucking, against a broad range of criteria that reflect the company’s HR practices. This year, Prime Trucking has been nominated for the award from Best Fleets to Drive For®.
You – the company driver or independent contractor – are responsible for choosing whether Prime Trucking is the best fleet to drive for. All Prime employees are invited to complete a brief, 15-minute survey about what it’s like to work for Prime Trucking. With your participation, Prime could earn the Best Fleets to Drive For® award.
Another factor in determining the winner of the award is the Evaluation Matrix. This is a series of questions asked of each company nominated to win the award. Some of these questions relate to driver pay, mileage, bonuses or incentives, health benefits, driver turnover, and more.
