Every day I talk to drivers and hear their stories about how they have lost weight. It’s incredibly encouraging to me. Some drivers are enrolling in the DHF 13 Week Basic Program and are losing a lot of weight. Even more drivers are buying the DHF DVD and learning what to do to increase their metabolism. Many of these drivers are following along and implementing the strategies I discuss on the DVD and losing 20 lbs., 30 lbs., even 40 lbs.! Then, there are other drivers who are finding their own way to get results. As an example, here is an email I received this week from Brian Frank:

Subject: My weight loss story while driving for Prime
I’ve been with Prime for just 6 months now. When I started, I weighed 260 pounds.
Two and a half months ago, in July, I decided to get back down to the weight I was
on my wedding day for my 10th anniversary coming in February. A special present
for my wife. When I got married, I weighed 180. I had to change just a few things
to start losing weight. I stopped drinking Mountain Dew (I was a Mountain Dewaholic).
I also cut my caloric intake to 1200-1500 calories a day, any less I would lose muscle.
I also started to do isometrics while I am in the truck. Look up Francois Henri “Jack” LaLanne, to learn more about that. I act like I am doing curls, without any weight at all,
just my own force against myself. I do crunches. I do facial exercises, which everyone
says I am starting to look younger and my face is thinner now. Today, only two and a half months later, I weigh 215 lbs., 45 pounds lighter, and I have 35 more to go. It is people like Francois Henri “Jack” LaLanne and Siphiwe Baleka that inspired me to do this at the same time as being a truck driver!
