Rodolpho “Rudy” Aguilar is 61 years old and has been a professional truck driver for Prime for 6 years, 10 months, and 17 days. He hauls freight in the refrigerated division of the company. On July 10th, 2014 Rudy enrolled in Prime’s Driver Health and Fitness (DHF) 13-Week program weighing 317.8 lbs. and having 44.6% body fat and a visceral fat rating of 31.0 (the fat surrounding internal organs – normal and healthy is 12.0). In September, after 8 weeks, Rudy had lost 28 lbs. and reduced his body fat by 6% and his visceral fat rating dropped to 25. Three months after finishing the program, Rudy is starting 2015 at just 255 lbs. He has lost a total of 62 lbs. and reduced his body fat by 10%. He has also dropped his visceral fat rating by 10 points, from 31 to 21. As a result, Rudy has twice reduced his risk for 60 medical disorders and 12 cancers.
