Detention Example-April 1, 2015

Even though it’s April Fools Day, losing out on money is no joking matter! If you earned it, we want to see that you actually receive your detention pay.

Last week, Prime paid out $195,316 in detention pay!

This week’s detention pay example is brought to you by Prime Associate Teneka Huffman.

A Prime Driver missed out on $272 for a 5 hour 27 minute detention for not having times on bills OR their stamp (first stamp on page). This customer requires the bills to be sent in and will not pay detention if there is missing information on the stamp. Although the driver was diligent in filling out the majority of the information on his stamps, we were not able to collect detention pay because of that one missing piece of information (load/unload time on first stamp).
